Who the Artesian Elite is for
The Artesian Elite is the top of our lineup. It's for people buying a hot tub mainly for hydrotherapy: athletes, anyone dealing with sore joints or back tension, and owners who want every seat to feel different. The DIRECTFLOW Personal Control System lets each person adjust the jets at their own seat, and the 316L stainless steel H2O PowerFlow jets, dual footblasters and lighting package are all standard.
With five models from the 4-person Quail Ridge to the 9-person Pelican Bay, there's an Elite for couples and for big families. The compact Quail Ridge still packs 57 jets into about 340 gallons.
Electrical and installation
Every Elite uses a 5.5 kW titanium heater and multiple jet pumps (the Quail Ridge has four 3.0 BHP jet pumps), so plan on a dedicated 240V circuit from a licensed electrician and a level concrete pad or engineered deck. The spa is WiFi-ready with a worldwide WiFi app module, which is handy for checking on the spa when you're away. Optional Monarch Elite steps come in Mocha, Smoke and Noir.
The Elite in a Utah winter
Elite spas use full foam insulation with a PermaBase ABS pan and a 5-inch tapered cover, which helps hold heat through cold nights. The large heater recovers quickly after long soaks. Our winter guide covers snow, covers and freeze protection.
Compare before you decide
Weighing the Elite against an Island Spa with the Elite trim, or against a Nordic? Our brand comparison lays out the differences. We keep display models from every brand we carry at 6905 S State St in Midvale (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–5 PM). Floor models change, so call or message us if you want to sit in a specific model before you visit.
Artesian Elite FAQs
What is DIRECTFLOW Personal Control?
It's Artesian's patented system that lets each person adjust jet flow at their own seat, so one person can have strong jets while the person next to them has a gentle massage. It's standard on the Artesian Elite.
What size is the smallest Artesian Elite?
The Quail Ridge seats four, has 57 jets and holds about 340 gallons. The largest Elite, the Pelican Bay, seats nine.
What electrical service does an Artesian Elite need?
A dedicated 240V circuit. Elite spas use a 5.5 kW titanium heater and multiple jet pumps. We'll confirm the exact requirement for your model before you buy.
How does an Artesian Elite handle a Utah winter?
Well, as long as it stays full, running and covered. The 5.5 kW heater on a dedicated 240V circuit recovers heat far faster than a plug-and-play spa, which matters after a long soak on a cold Wasatch Front night. Our Utah winter hot tub guide covers freeze protection, covers and energy use.
Where can I try an Artesian Elite near Salt Lake City?
At our showroom at 6905 S State St in Midvale (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–5 PM). We keep display models from every brand we carry, but floor models change, so call or message us before you visit if you want to sit in a specific Elite model.
